With the Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 weekend hot on our heels, the city’s mega lifestyle and entertainment precinct, Cali Beach, will host a weeklong set of activities, and join forces with Boost Mobile to provide a monumental GC500 afterparty – complete with show-stopping performances by ARIA Award-winning, Illy and rap icon, Masked Wolf. The unmissable beachside party has been dubbed the racing weekend’s biggest off-track event, and caps off a sizzling series of events and performances to be held at the luxe Cali Beach across the GC500 weekend.

Cali Beach will transform into the ‘Off-track Home of the GC 500’ from October 28-30, with super-charged activations set to bring the heat to the open-air precinct each day and night for guests, locals, racing fanatics and VIPS to enjoy – including all the racing action live and loud on the big screens, behind-the-wheel fun with V8 simulators, promo girls galore and endless photo opportunities, with sweeping beachfront views from the iconic rooftop.

Dance/electro mastermind 15Grams will be hitting the Cali Beach stage on Saturday October 29, putting an action-packed GC500 twist on the precinct’s sun-soaked Day Club experience, before megastars Illy and Masked Wolf take over for the exclusive Boost Mobile GC500 Afterparty on Sunday October 30. 

After a full Sunday of resident DJs and poolside partying, Cali Beach will kick it up a few gears to exclusively host the ticketed afterparty spectacular, with drivers and teams attending to let their hair down after another successful V8 Supercars round – offering fans a rare chance to catch a glimpse and mingle with the racing stars before Illy and Masked Wolf take to the stage.

Across the weekend, Cali Beach guests are invited to indulge in delicious food and drinks from the comfort of Daybeds and Booths by glistening pools, while soaking up all the action from the city’s biggest weekend of entertainment and nail-biting racing broadcasts. For an ultra-exclusive VIP experience, the Cali Beach Cabanas can also be booked in advance for the GC500 weekend, featuring individual flat-screen TVs, sound and lighting control and dedicated cocktail and food service.

The party doesn’t stop there! Cali Beach owner, Artesian Hospitality, is also hosting a five-day series of GC500 events and live-music gigs across its suite of Surfers Paradise venues, with White Rhino to host an official Drivers Dinner on Wednesday October 26, including meet-and-greets with GC500 drivers, before The Bedroom kicks off the racing action with the GC500 Weekend Launch Party on Thursday October 27.  

Racing fans will have the opportunity to meet the drivers at a second Drivers Dinner at Surfers Pavilion on Thursday October 27, while on Saturday October 29 Australian Electronic music duo, Slumberjack, will take to the decks.
