Kirra Beach House has announced today that they will officially open their restaurant to the public on Thursday. Since opening, Kirra Beach House has become the Southern Gold Coast’s hottest seaside venue and now guests have the option of experiencing the restaurant with an elevated dining experience and table service, available for booking inside the restaurant at Kirra Beach House and ordering apps also available outside on the western terrace for the first time.
Dave Galvin, owner of Kirra Beach House explains,
“We wanted to open Kirra Beach House with our offering and see what the feedback was from locals. They are loving our bars, seaside menu, cabana sand our brand – new Sunday Beach Club, however the locals were asking for a more elevated dining experience complete with full table
service. The Restaurant at Kirra Beach House was created and opens this Thursday with an amazing Mediterranean seaside menu and cocktail list.”
The Restaurant at Kirra Beach House, where every moment of the day carries a distinct ambiance. The menu has been curated by selection divided into three clear sections for a progressive experience.
Shared dishes on the menu feature market fresh oysters with mignonette, BBQ corn cobs, Gnocco Fritto with capocollo and truffled goats curd, snapper croquettes with leek & saffron rouille, the famous tempura Kirra bug roll, burrata and crispy cured cauliflower.
Bowls include green fields, pickled and raw and tropical goodness, all designed for the health conscious with a range of adds available including avocado, haloumi, chicken, prawns and beef rump. Pizza’s available include a traditional mozzarella, prawn, pepperoni and traditional smoked ham and pineapple pizza.
Large dishes that feature on the menu include fresh market fish with cherry tomatoes, capers, green olive and fennel, fried fish burger, half roast chicken with sweet corn gremolata and watercress, steak frites with Café de Paris and leaf salad and a rigatoni with Cavolo Nero pesto,stracciatella,pinenutsandpangrattato. Boundtobeabigstaronthemenuiswhole slow cooked lamb shoulder with Tuscan cabbage, whole grain mustard jus and fresh grated horseradish.
Cocktail lovers with also delight in an extensive list of creative cocktails which are also curated into three different categories. Day Break is designed to kick off a brand-new day with cocktails that are light, effervescent, and invigorating, capturing the zest of a brand-new day. Nonna’s limoncello, melon shakerato, Kirra party spritz and The Bahamas Champagne pina colada.
As the day progresses and the sun begins to set, the Twilight selection deepens in character. Indulge in more time-honoured classics embodying the perfect blend of boldness and leisure that afternoon’s demand. Raspberry linen, rosa spritz, beach house negroni and double apple sour. Cheers!
