Located on Level 1 at North Burleigh, SANDFIRE combines contemporary coastal dining, live entertainment and panoramic oceanfront views, creating a relaxed setting for corporate celebrations, end-of-year functions, team events, launches and private parties.

 

For a limited time, businesses can secure exclusive private hire of the SANDFIRE Room for up to 100 guests with a $4,000 minimum spend, representing a 20% saving on the usual $5,000 minimum spend for Monday to Thursday events.

 

 

The four-hour corporate package includes exclusive use of the SANDFIRE Room, a cocktail-style functions menu, live entertainment, and the flexibility to select entertainment from SANDFIRE’s artist roster or organise their own.

 

The offer is available for new event bookings for Monday – Thursday made before 30 September 2026, with events to be held before 30 December 2026.

 

SANDFIRE Venue Manager Siaan Petersen said the offer was designed to give local businesses a more relaxed and memorable alternative for corporate entertaining.

The new corporate offer builds on SANDFIRE’s broader focus on creating experiences that bring people together, from after-work gatherings and live entertainment to relaxed weekend dining.

 

Every Friday, SANDFIRE Social invites locals to wind down after the working week with complimentary chef’s canapés from 4.30pm to 5.30pm, creating an informal setting for colleagues, friends and groups to gather as the sun sets.

Priced at $79 per person, with a minimum of four guests, the package includes a shared brunch menu alongside sparkling wine, mimosas and signature spritzes. On Sundays, guests can also enjoy live music from 1.30pm.

 

With its oceanfront location, flexible event spaces and dedicated events team, SANDFIRE caters for everything from intimate celebrations and social gatherings through to larger private and corporate functions.

 

Exclusive private hire is available for up to 100 guests, with standard minimum spends of $4,000 Monday to Thursday for this one time offer and $10,000 Friday to Sunday. Additional capacity may be available at management’s discretion.

 

The functions menu features a selection of cocktail-style dishes designed for social dining, including Wagyu beef tataki, tempura prawn bao buns, crispy pork belly, pollo skewers, heirloom tomato bruschetta and truffle fries, alongside a selection of platters, oysters, sliders and desserts.

Siaan said the combination of food, entertainment and location was central to SANDFIRE’s appeal for businesses.
