FIXX Cafe is unwrapping the ultimate Gingerland QTea High Tea – a sweet indulgence serving a sleighful of handmade Christmas treats from Saturday, 15th November.

From festive themed ‘bauble’ arancini to sugary sensations such as ‘Christmas tree’ lemon lime cheesecake, and the petit gingerbread men. These little loves are sprinkled with festive fanfare, carefully curated to treat your tastebuds this silly season.

Gingerland QTea High Tea – $74 per person
Served with tea or espresso coffee and Santa’s Iced Spice – an iced Geisha green tea,
mulled cranberry spice and orange garnish.

For the little QT’ies – $39 per child
Served with a playful selection of Christmas inspired sweet and savoury treats.

We’re inviting little bakers to step into the sugar-coated world of QT, where they can choose their sweet adventure — decorating their very own gingerbread Christmas tree or crafting a gingerbread house adorned with a rainbow of colourful candies.

Gingerbread Man Decorating | $20 per child

Little bakers to roll, cut, cook and decorate their take-home gingerbread man. Class includes a Christmas themed milkshake and candy covered gingerbread man to call their own. *Adult supervision required.

Gingerbread House Decorating | $35 per child

Little bakers, aged 5 and above, will construct and decorate their very own take-home gingerbread house. Class includes a Christmas themed milkshake, colourful candy and take-home gingerbread house. *Adult supervision required.

‘Tis the season to jingle and mingle with QT Gingerland’s very merry gingerbread house masterclass – for grown-ups! Guided by an expert QT pastry chef, learn festive tricks and tips while indulging in an antipasto platter while laying lashing of icings and lollies to your gingerbread house.

It’s the most delectable time of the year. And Christmas Feasts by QT at Home will bring joy to your world. Or your tummy at least. From the Christmas classics your Nan cooks, through to rolled turkey roast with thyme and jus, orange and clove honey glazed ham to Christmas pudding with brandy custard and sour cherries, we’re serving up food comas left right and centre. So come all ye hungry – Christmas Feasts by QT at Home is here to make Christmas a piece of (fruit mince) pie.

Designed to be shared by groups of four to six, this menu is best served with a side of friends, family and your six closest bottles of wine (and more).
