Inspired by Japan and crafted in Victoria, Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin has landed in the Yamagen Secret Garden this August and September.

Bringing aromatics that are a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit – with the addition of finger lime adding some deeper citrus character – the innovative team at Four Pillars have created a gin masterpiece.

Full of flavour, it’s no secret that Fresh Yuzu Gin and Yamagen are a perfect pairing.

Our Yamagen cocktail mixologists have joined forces with the legendary Four Pillars team to create a list of vibrant creations you just need to sip for yourself.

So join us this August and September, amid the intricate wonder of Japanese Origami, to indulge in these limited edition libations.

With a unique Izakaya menu of Yamagen small bites served from 5:30pm, and Fresh Yuzu Gin cocktails at the ready, the scene is set for walk-ins, bookings and private functions for groups of 10-25.
