A selection of menu items available at the Shanghai High Tea include: • Sake cured King Salmon with a crisp wonton & Shiso • Soy braised beef Bao bun, pickled cucumber & chilli • Vegetable & mushroom dumplings with vegan XO sauce • Steamed barramundi fillet with black bean dressing • Rubi Red Char sui pork with special fried rice • Asian greens The Shanghai High Tea is $49 per person. A 2-hour bottomless cocktails & drinks package is available for only $50 per person. The package must be taken by all guests at the table and includes unlimited Tiger beers, prosecco and roaming cocktails supported by Peddlers Gin.
