Teaming up with Grey Goose and Veuve Cliquot, the team have cultivated an uber chic pop- up bar reminiscent of St Tropez, idyllically positioned among the venue’s lush greenery, pristine lawn and sun drenched deck.
Distilled in the gastronomy capital of the world, Grey Goose and Garden Kitchen & Bar’s expert mixologists have carefully crafted a mouth-watering cocktail list of the freshest ingredients to transport you to the exquisite, dreamy world that is the playground of the rich and famous. Enjoy a fresh start to your journey through tantalising appetisers including AOC Sydney Rock Oysters; Charcuterie with air dried wagyu bresaola, prosciutto, triple cream brie, aioli and wood fired flat bread; or French classics such as the Duck Rillette Pizza or Hervey Bay Scallops in The Half Shell straight from our Woodfired oven.
