With a Latin American influence, FireCue brings Bali’s famous Barbacoa’ s owner, Adam Dundas-Taylor, back to our shores delivering delicious charcoal and wood fire infused meats and mixing them with incredible cocktails within the sultry new venue. More than 100 VIP guests were entertained by a Latin DJ mixing beats bar-side at the official launch, while plentiful samplers of the mouth-watering menu came straight from the grill including their own version of hand tacos, ceviche, and charcoal grilled corn.
