Braeside at Estate Pavilion Launch

A lavish launch party was held to officially open The Pavilion at Braeside at Gin House Creek Estate,
a stunning purpose-built $2 million venue for weddings and events.  Guests were treated to a progressive event and enjoyed decadent cocktails, 3-course dinner, dessert stations and a Champagne tower.

Tucked away just minutes from the Gold Coast coastline and nestled on the banks of Gin House Creek Estate is Braeside.  Located on Gooding Drive, Merrimac, the two-hectare property houses one of the Gold Coast’s original homesteads which dates back to 1897.  Darren and Samantha Taylor acquired the lush property in 2022 and whilst paying respect to the history of the property, have elevated the property with a purpose-built $2 million architecturally designed venue for weddings and corporate events called The Pavilion.  The stunning venue boasts a luxe bar, 5-meter moulded ceilings, designer chandeliers and marble wall sconces, feature sandstone wall and outdoor alfresco complete with a fireplace.

Braeside now offers eight different and unique wedding and event spaces including The Pavilion, The Shed Bar, built with old doors and timber, The Circle, The Lawn Bar and a 150-year-old Camphor Laurel Tree and more. Braeside also has a bespoke air-conditioned Chapel.

The Pavilion and the entire Braeside is available for viewing by private appointment.    Braeside is an exclusive use venue, meaning that all weddings and corporate events have private use of the entire property.
