Bird Royale Opening Brickworks Ferry Road

There‘s a new bird in town and she is fancy! Bird Royale, the purveyors of crispy, succulent, juicy charcoal chicken will open its doors at Brickworks Ferry Rd on Friday 2^nd December.

As the Gold Coast’s newest (and only fancy) charcoal chicken shop, locals are set to flock to the vibrant new day-and-night venue, which will offer a deliciously elevated take on the humble rotisserie chook…and that is just the beginning!

Fresh wholesome salads brimming with locally sourced produce, crispy gluten-free fried chicken, made-to-order chicken sandwiches and hunger-busting burgers are certain to delight, along with the signature charcoal chicken.  Bird Royale’s mouth-watering all-day menu (in-venue) is certain to excite locals from 7am (breakfast, yes please) through to 5pm daily. Then from 5pm, Bird Royale will offer a kerbside collection (chick’n collect) from their open-air chicken shop window, on the back side of the venue. Everything on their menu from delicious charcoal chickens, salads, burgers and so much more is available for kerbside collection.
