Provence could be seen as the quintessential place for the perfect holiday in France. The colourful beauty of Provence has long been recognized by many great artists and influenced their work with its blue skies, fields of flowers, local markets, even the scent in the air, has made visiting Provence a bucket list wish for many. And of course, there is the food!
Learn the art of French cooking with Michelin Star Chef, Bruno Loubet at his stunning paddock-to-plate farm in the picturesque hills of Willow Vale on the Gold Coast.
Bruno will cook and decipher the recipes giving lots of advice, details and “tricks of the trade” making it as clear and enjoyable as possible. You will have the opportunity to get involved in helping Bruno or stand back, watch and enjoy if you prefer during the 2 and ½ hours workshop. This will be followed by a 3-courses lunch including dishes such as:
*Provençale vegetables Tian tart with goat cheese
*Whole fish roasted Provençale style, Soca Niçois
*Iced Nougat with strawberry sauce
You will also enjoy homemade Kombucha, chilled infusions, filtered rainwater and tea & coffee, and you are more than welcome to bring any additional drinks.
They’ll even send you home with a goodie bag of recipes from the class, a custom apron, Willow Vale Cooking School honey and homemade infusions.
