Australia Fair and Australia Fair Metro will once again come alive this February as the Gold Coast’s home of Lunar New Year celebrations, delivering a vibrant program of cultural performances, festive experiences, family-friendly fun and must-visit dining throughout the Lunar New Year period.

Running across February and centred around Lunar New Year Day on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, the celebrations welcome the Year of the Fire Horse, inviting locals and visitors to experience the colour, energy and traditions of one of the most important cultural celebrations of the year.
