Having launched just in time for Summer, Quincy is a refreshing fruit-infused, alcoholic fizzy water that is prompting a huge new drinks trend down under.
Centre Manager for The Oasis, Tim Grigg, says that the playful Quincy Pop-Up Bar is the perfect accompaniment to summer on the Gold Coast.
“To kick-off the New Year, we will be offering guests complimentary bottles of Quincy Sparkling Alcoholic Seltzer at our level one Pop-Up Bar, along with an exclusive food offering thanks to Beachside Pavilion and Mario’s Italian Restaurant, when they spend $100 or more at The Oasis.”

Quincy was created from the growing demand for lighter, easier drinking beverages, Quincy’s Innovation Director Jo Simpson says: “With the worldwide trend towards moderation – in addition to mindfulness around ingredients such as sugar and carbohydrates – we have created a beverage choice that ticks all the right boxes”.
Seltzers are widely known in the US with Australian-made Quincy the first of its kind to make its way down under. So, let us break it down for you…
A seltzer tastes as light and refreshing as sparkling water, only it’s alcoholic. Made one of two ways, either naturally fermented or made from a carbonated mix of alcohol and water.
Quincy is the former and is made through a rice fermentation process which means the alcohol is naturally occurring. It’s then infused with a hint of real lime or passionfruit, eliminating the need for sugary mixers. It also has 30% less carbs and 50% less sugar than leading vodka premixes and is naturally gluten free and lightly sparkling!
