Artesian Hospitality has officially announced they are opening a brand-new slick waterfront venue on the Gold Coast.
Surfers Pavilion will become an iconic waterfront Gold Coast venue featuring an interactive oyster and champagne station, a dedicated Frose` bar and uninterrupted waterfront views.
The chic new venue is located in the heart of the Surfers Paradise on Ferny Avenue and is set to open May 2021

Locals and visitors will be spoilt with choice with the extensive menu boasting a wide range of locally sourced seafood created by Group Executive Chef for Artesian Hospitality, Michael Dominici.
Michael has over 11 years experience including his role as head chef at some of the most prestigious locations including One & Only Hayman Island and The Star Gold Coast
Beyond the interactive oyster (yes freshly shucked) and champagne station and dedicated Frosé bar, the menu features delicious dishes including a wide array of locally sourced seafood from fresh prawns, traditional fish and chips and a decadent signature cold and hot seafood platter certain to delight.
The menu also features a wide array of casual non-seafood dishes including burgers, char grilled striploin and a Pavilion club sandwich.
