If you have ever had the pleasure of dining at Miss Moneypenny’s Broadbeach, you would know not only is the venue stunning, the food is incredible.
Known for their impressive ‘drama’ style dishes delivered to the table with a puff of smoke surrounding the dish ( The char-grilled Ora King salmon sticks are incred!!) and their elaborate sexy cocktails that never disappoint, Miss Moneypenny’s is drool worthy on so many levels!
So it is with no surprise that they have been awarded a chef’s hat award, by the Australian Good Food Guide!
Executive Chef Adam Dundas-Taylor and the superstar team of hospitality professionals worked hard to achieve this award in their first year of operation.
“We have worked tirelessly to bring the offerings of food and beverage, including annual events, in line with each venue, creating more consistency and also creating relationships between the two which didn’t exist before.
“People eat with their eyes and so presentation plays a very large part in our dishes; although flavour and great cooking techniques can’t be overlooked.”
Executive Chef Adam Dundas – Taylor
A huge congratulations to Ben Walsh, Adam Dundas – Taylor and the entire team from Miss Moneypenny’s on now being a hatted restaurant!
