The edgy new eatery will feature a luxury gaming lounge with 38 EGM’s and private access via an underground 28 space carpark, and also feature a custom designed ‘wall of infamy’ – no doubt setting the tone for the restaurants musings and mischief. Fat Freddy’s will have a focus on live sport with rock and electro from the 70s/80s and 90s on the playlist. Fat Freddy’s will seat 165 guests in an indoor/outdoor setting.

Rounding out the precincts epicurean experience is The Rimini Room, a truly private and high-end dining and function space for up to 120 guests. The extravagant space is set to host a swagger of A-List parties, long lunches and corporate dinners away from the prying eyes of the public. The venue even boasts its own private lift from the secure carpark ensuring complete anonymity. The space also features its own private outdoor area scattered with lounges.

“We are so excited to be able to finally announce that construction is in full swing and our three sensational venues located at Avani Broadbeach will all be open later this year, kicking off with Fat Freddy’s Beach Bar & Diner in August, followed by Miss Moneypenny’s and The Rimini Room.  The venues will provide atmosphere driven and a social dining experience that we know the Gold Coast will love!” said CEO Ben Walsh
