It has been a rollercoaster year for Miss Moneypenny’s Broadbeach which is about to celebrate their first lap around the sun. Following the grand opening in September last year, the highly acclaimed bar and restaurant quickly became the talk of the town…wowing local, interstate, and international guests.
Now, Miss Moneypenny’s Broadbeach is rolling out the red carpet for a world of extraordinary dining experiences led by a new Executive Chef – none other than acclaimed restaurateur, caterer and culinary genius, Adam Dundas-Taylor.
Adam has transversed the globe in the pursuit of culinary exploration, working for many high-profile restaurants including the Hugo’s Group (which Pete Evans and Manu Fiedel were famously involved) Jamie Oliver’s London ‘Restaurant 15’, Michelin Star rated Nobu Mayfair, the award-winning Barbacoa Bali and his very own Fire Cue Bar & Grill on the Gold Coast.
In addition to leading exemplary restaurants, Adam consults to hospitality clients locally and abroad, runs his own Fire Cue Catering business and often guest speaks at special events such as the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival and Capricornia Food and Wine Festival with the San Telmo Group.
Adam is now set to deliver the next evolution of extraordinary, flavour-packed dining at Miss Moneypenny’s Broadbeach with a brand-new menu of stand-out dishes influenced by his passion for fire and charcoal, unique BBQ techniques and flair for designing creative cuisine.
Seared Wagyu Carpaccio, Coral Coast Barramundi, twice baked cauliflower, and succulent slow cooked lamb with spicy chermoula and burnt lemon feature amongst some of the delicious new dishes on offer. For the sweet-tooths, the decadent chocolate fudge cake and macadamia nut tarte are a must!
In addition to a slick new menu, Miss Moneypenny’s Broadbeach have a host of weekly dining experiences to keep your social life humming. Escape for a two-course mid-week Prix Fixe lunch special for $49 per person, afternoon Oyster and Spritzer sessions from 3pm-5pm Monday to Friday and soon to be released ‘Chef’s Seven’ share plate menu!
